We are very sorry to inform you that Delta X will not be coming to you as soon as planned because the packages have been on hold by the transport company. The reason is about the number of magnets in the end effectors which has exceeded the limit. So that we have to pay a lot more money to be processed, so much than we have. Because of this problem, we decided that after the holidays in Vietnam, we would take back the Delta X packages and remove all the magnets. (These magnets work to make the end effectors easy to disassemble and remain solid when operating.) If not using magnets we can use friction to hold the end effectors or you can manually install magnets for robots. If everything will be fine, we will send the robots to you on February 3th of this year. Apologize all of you again for our mistakes... Hope you could sympathize for us!

Here are the parts we will pack and send to everyone. Because Delta X is designed as a kit, you will assemble it yourself. It is also convenient for transportation.
Hi backers, Now we have all the materials to manufacture Delta X. So we are trying to assemble all the Delta X orders. Because all are handcrafted, it's a bit slow. By the end of January, our country will have a 15-day holiday (Lunar New Year) so we have to quickly finish packaging the robots before January 15th in order to send Delta X to everyone in time. If things do not go well, the shipping time will be delayed at lease 15 days behind schedule. Here are some pictures of the current assembly process.
